You might be expecting a perky little message about my Christmas break, how I went crazy and had more than a few drinks and stayed up past 10…
…and you’ll get it, but not tonight.
Tonight you’re getting a good solid boot up the behind.
Because I reckon it might be just what you need.
It’s January the 3rd.
The office party season is over.
Christmas is over
New Years has been and gone.
Sorry if that sounds depressing, but right now you’re looking at an amazing opportunity.
You’re all out of excuses.
There is NEVER a perfect time to start.
But this is about as close as it gets.
There will always be a reason not to.
But is that reason as good as the reason to start?
I doubt it.
Especially not today.
So if you promised yourself today was going to be the day, but it hasn’t happened…again.
Just the same as every other year.
If you’ve opted to start tomorrow, or Monday, or on February 1st.
I’ve got news for you. It isn’t going to happen until you change something.
So change something now, and ask for help.
Whether that be me, a friend, a family member or (heaven forbid) even another trainer.
Whoever it is, it will make you far far more likely to actually do it this time.
So go do it. Consider your bum booted.
