Being healthy isn’t just about moving more, it’s about moving well, free from pain, and nurturing a body that supports you through whatever life throws at you. Our 30 minute guided stretching sessions offer a welcome escape for your body and mind, to relax and focus on opening your joints, improving your posture and relieving all those aches and pains.
Our weekly yoga sessions are exclusively available to our members, with the focus being to slow down and explore new movement patterns in a relaxed, supportive environment. As with everything at GT we keep numbers low, to ensure we can cater for all ability levels – whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi.
Instead of worrying about ‘bouncing back’ after pregnancy, we focus on helping you to stay active and healthy during this often chaotic time when it is incredibly important to take time and do something positive for you. Our Mum and Baby classes allow you to train in a safe environment with your little one, meet new people and grow your strength and confidence together!
