I was away last week and for the first time in 5 years, I ended up training in a good ol’ fashioned, big chain gym!
There are a lot of great things about these “regular” gyms – they’ve usually got state of the art kit, they’re super duper cheap and you can literally go whenever you want! For someone who knows what they’re doing, doesn’t need the support of a coach, and doesn’t get phased by other people working out (or not!) around them, they really are perfect.
Greenwich Training isn’t for people who get on well in those kinds of gyms. We’re here for those who don’t necessarily know what exercises they should be doing when there’s so much kit to choose from. Or people who feel intimidated by other, more confident people who seem to want to stamp their authority on a corner of the gym (we all know the ones).
We’re here for people who could use a little support from a coach, and maybe want to be surrounded by like-minded, friendly people who are in the same boat as them.
