Waiting 'til Monday?

Not started on that resolution just yet? Already put it off until Monday, because you couldn’t possible start on a Wednesday? If so, I’m sorry but this isn’t going to work. My advice? Figure out exactly what it is that you want to achieve this year. Put aside your self-limiting beliefs, stop playing safe, and truly challenge yourself. You need to find something that gets you excited every day, not just the first Monday in January. You need something that doesn’t just motivate you, it drives you to get up and do. Every. Single. Day. How will you know when you’ve found it? You won’t want to wait until Monday.
