When we say small, we mean small - no more than 6 people in each session means you benefit from real hands on coaching combined with the fun aspects of working out in a group.

Who We Are
We set out to be different from what you’d expect in a gym. Rather than a swanky sauna, we offer a supportive community. Instead of loads of cross trainers, we just have awesome trainers. We’ll help with your workouts, but more importantly we’ll give you all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in every aspect of your health, forever.

Where is the gym located?
Greenwich Training is located in the heart of Greenwich, at 3, Wren House, Greenwich, London SE10 9SW. You can find where we are located on Google Maps, or get directions to our gym by viewing our location. A few nearby locations surrounding Greenwich Training are the Cutty Sark, Greenwich Market and Up the Creek Comedy Club.
